Responsibilities:

• To prepare and submit management report on time, including group consolidated management reports, budgets, forecasts, business financial report and ad-hoc management reports;
• To perform financial analysis, review and highlight variances between budget and actual financial results of subsidiaries;
• To act as the core contact point with the head office in respect of the submission of monthly consolidated accounts, financial reports and analysis as well as other information as requested;
• To ensure external financial audit to be completed in compliance with HKFRS;
• To prepare profit tax return and computation and handle tax enquiries from the tax authorities;
• To undertake ad-hoc projects or duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or above in related disciplines with professional qualifications;
• Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in management accounting, preferably gained in construction materials or manufacturing sector; audit experience gained from international professional firms are added advantages;
• Good understanding of PRC accounting standards, taxation and government rules and regulations;
• Good command of spoken and written English and Putonghua;
• Proficient in PC skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Excel);
• Experience in SAP FICO & other modules is added advantage;
• Good time management, able to undertake multi-tasks with tight deadlines;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Occasional travel to PRC

Candidates with more experience will be considered as Assistant Accounting Manager.
