Responsibilities:

• Lead the finance team and provide financial oversight of all Trading division companies
• Plan, implement and review all financial operations and management reports
• Lead the control finance function: monitor all financial activities of the Trading division companies, manage cost and risks and ensure compliance
• Lead continuous improvement of finance & accounting functions
• Implement work processes to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness, and streamline financial reporting procedures
• Act as a member of the leadership team, plan and lead the Trading division’s growth and expansion through the establishment of policies, procedures
• Plan and manage accounting system and transactions
• Conduct feasibility study and advise on the financial arrangement of investment projects, contracts and other financial issues

Requirements:

• Degree holder or above in accounting and financial management
• Financial qualifications e.g. CPA, CFA is a plus
• At least 10 years relevant experience as financial director/controller/manager at trading firms or MNC
• Well-versed in banking operations, taxation and legal requirements, and governmental policies on financing and investment
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua
• Mature, excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Result-oriented, confident and flexible with strong business acumen and leadership skills
