Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Conduct Financial Operational Process Audit
- Develop Risk-Based Audit programs
- Prepare Internal Audit Projects base on company’s internal audit plan
- Provide improvement suggestions on company’s internal controls, process, compliance
- Prepare reports: to include making and being able to defend recommendations to improve the performance
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree holder in Accounting, Finance, Statistics, International Business with at least 7 years experience in Big 4 / MNC Firm
- With professional qualification (i.e., HKICPA, ACCA, AICPA, CPAA, CICPA, CFA, CIA or CISA, etc) is a MUST
- Familiar with Hong Kong Listing Rules, HKFRS/ IFRS/ CAS and control frameworks, i.e., COSO, or COBIT, etc
- Excellent written and spoken in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
- Business Trip may be required
