Job Description
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Support structured finance transactions including credit evaluation, risk and financial analysis, modelling and preparing credit applications, etc.
- Assist in preparing presentation materials, pitchbooks and other deliverables as requested
- Provide administrative support to the team on overseas travel logistics, entertainment & gift applications, claims, payments, conference registrations, etc.
- Compile weekly, monthly and periodic reports for the department
- Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by the team head or management
Requirements:
- Postgraduate degree holder or above from local university in Hong Kong
- Proficient in both written and spoken English & Chinese (Mandarin)
- 2-3 years’ work experience in project / structured finance is preferred but not a must
- A good team player with excellent communication skills
- Well-organized and details-oriented
- Proficient in MS Office
Candidate with less experience will be considered as Officer.
This is a five-month full-time contract. Contract period is expected to be from November 2022 to March 2023.
