Responsibilities:

• Handle the Compensation & Benefits administration including but not limited to calculate and prepare monthly payroll & MPF / insurance reports, maintain payroll data and related duties
• Participate and support C&B projects such as annual review exercise, salary survey and benchmarking, etc
• Prepare various HR reports and statistics for management review
• Participate in other HR projects and perform ad-hoc duties as assigned
• Job rotation will be arranged to perform other human resources functions

• Degree Holder, preferably in Business Administration or related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years' relevant and solid experience and preferably focus on Compensation & Benefits or related areas
• Good at data handling analysis, and with strong numerical sense
• Strong sense of responsibility, self-motivated, independent, organized and attentive to details
• Able to complete multi-tasks with tight deadline
• A team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Proficient in MS Office, Excel, Powerpoint and Chinese Word Processing

One-year contract will be offered as a start. Candidates with satisfactory performance will be reappointed to permanent post after two years’ contract period.
