We are strengthening our Hong Kong Location, join our team as an Administration Officer

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage full spectrum of administration functions covering general office administration, payroll, stationary, employee relations, contract management, contracting of local labour, etc.
• Cover further administration tasks, such as Business registration renewal, business license, ad-hoc company information changes/update, leave report and etc.
• Handle and update MPF record, medical insurance in accordance to statutory requirements
• Provide a full spectrum of operational and administrative support to the Management, such as handle business correspondence, meeting minutes, scheduling of meetings and appointments etc
• Coordinate with both internal and external parties on daily business operations, such as logistics and finance department or banks
• Monitor local personal data and its accuracy
• Foster a conductive working environment through employee relations activities and communication
• Perform other ad-hoc matters as and when require

 REQUIREMENTS

• Certificate, Higher Diploma or above
• Minimum 3 years experience
• ERP system knowledge and hands-on experience
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command of Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, MPF scheme ordinance and relevant legislation
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
