Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
  • Assist in coordination of talent programs, including but not limited to mass recruitment campaign, assessment and selection process, onboarding process, job rotation arrangement, and training programs etc.
  • Build rapport with external and internal stakeholders such as schools, vendors, and work partners
  • Share thoughts and ideas in a team culture of openness and inclusion
  • Support in recruiting positions of all levels, such as recording CV, arranging interviews, escorting candidates, and setting up selection tests
  • Maintain proper employee records
  • Participate in various ad hoc projects
Requirements:
  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related discipline
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
  • Strong interest in talent management and talent development
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong sense of responsibility, detail-minded and well-organized
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with good team spirit
