Job Description
Operation Trainee offers comprehensive training in backend exposure through job rotation and provide suitable career direction for young talents.You will start your career in financial world and undergo a training program including industrial knowledge and on-the-job training in Risk Management, Client Services, Dealing, Settlement etc. for business familiarization under CFSG Group.
The job rotation and mentorship guidance enable you to gain practical exposure through the cross functional team attachments and experience/skill transfer. By providing different opportunities and challenges, you will be able to unleash your potential and gain career progression through this adventurously designed program in Finance prospect.
Job Requirements:
- Degree holder in Finance or related disciplines
- Strong career aspiration & planning in Finance industry
- SFC Type 1 License Holder is an advantage
- Good team spirit and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese Word Processing
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
