Job duties:

Assume full spectrum responsibilities of financial & accounting functions with the primary
focus on the PRC and the sales office in Shanghai.

Supervise the preparation of management & financial reports (PRC) under manufacturing,
trading & wholesales accounting focus

Leading the Finance department

Supervise monthly management reporting package to HQ for consolidation purposes

Supervise financial administration within the PRC region

Preparing ad hoc multi-unit operational business cases for investment proposals

Prepare manufacturing costing and transfer price modelling

Interpret operating results to the management in relation to financial performance of different
operation focus companies (trading, manufacturing & wholesales) within the region

Prepare cash flow projection

Monitor working capital need and provide robust solution for the region

Prepare budgeting, forecasting and various analysis for management evaluation

Monitor actual product cost breakdown and regular analysis

Monitor ERP system for continuous improvement

Formulate and monitor internal control for deficiencies and provide solution

Coordinate and liaise with local government officials, auditors, company secretary, bankers,
lawyers, etc.

Requirement:

About 10 years finance & accounting working experience with at least 3 years was in management position in a PRC related manufacturing company

Holding an accounting degree / member of professional accounting organisation

Fluent in speaking English and Mandarin

Self starter and finance project initiator/lead skills
