Job Responsibilities:

• Support recruitment life cycle including sourcing candidates from different channels, job postings, coordination of job interviews, on-boarding & off-boarding process.
• Responsible for all matters related to expatriate staff including visa application and renewal, onboarding assistance, and travel arrangements
• Handle the overall administrative duties, including but not limited to office management, insurance/service agreement renewal, and equipment maintenance
• Provide daily HR support services including maintaining accuracy in HRIS, administering attendance & leave records, personnel files and filing system, etc.
• Provide support to any ad hoc projects

 Job Requirements :

• Higher Diploma or above in Human Resources Management or related discipline.
• 2 years of relevant working experience, preferably in Retail/Hospitality industry.
• Good command of both written & spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
• Proficient in MS applications (Excel, Word, and Chinese Word Processing).
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Human Resources Officer.
• Immediate availability is preferable
