Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead Sales Operations Division and oversee the efficiency of various operations including sales orders, procurement and logistics operations
- Formulate policies and rules, and execute key initiatives to enhance operation efficiency including process automation, information technology application to operations as well as offshore team management
- Monitor project progress to ensure on-time delivery and billing arrangement, and facilitate renewal operation of maintenance business
- Monitor data accuracy and prepare regular management reports, including sales report, business analytics reports and maintenance reports
- Perform product delivery forecasting and billing projection
- Oversee and monitor customer satisfaction, complaint and feedback, liaise with business units and propose solutions for improvement
- Support the Finance Division, prepare and manage budget, and execute strategic plans to achieve company targets
- Attend regular meetings with sales teams and Finance division to monitor sales performance and project progress
- Monitor overdue AR, issue reminder and demand letters to customer, report unsolved cases to sales persons and finance department
- Work with Quality Control Office, establish, maintain and review quality objectives for ISO 9000 requirements
Job Requirements:
- Degree holder, preferably in business management or related disciplines
- At least 15 years’ related work experience, preferably in system integrator of I.T. industry
- Comprehensive knowledge in sales operation end-to-end processes, including sales order, sales contract, maintenance service contract, procurement, purchase order, logistics and transportation, and import/export compliance
- Solid experience in leading multi-function operations and managing remote office with proven ability to drive teamwork locally and among the region
- Proven experience in driving process enhancement and business transformation
- Strong leadership, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Sensitive to numbers with strong commercial and financial understanding
- Strong team player and familiar with interacting in a functional organization
- Excellent interpersonal skill and effective in communication
- Self-driven and independent to fulfil tasks
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially in Access, Excel and PowerPoint
- Knowledge on ISO 9000 process and requirement
- Experience in SAP
