Duties & Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage the production of corporate collaterals, including in-house bilingual magazines, corporate videos, social media content etc.
• Maintain relationship with media and prepare press releases
• Handle daily news monitoring report
• Work with other Business Units and/or Zones to develop and execute communication campaigns
• Assist in organizing regular and ad hoc corporate events and activities of different scales, and manage the related communications
• Provide general administrative support to the team

Requirements:

• University graduate in journalism, communications, translation, or related discipline
• 3-4 years relevant working experience is preferred
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and Chinese word processing
• Independent, self-driven and well-organized with good interpersonal skills
• Strong team player and able to work under pressure
• Willing to learn and contribute to the success of the company
