The Role:

• Monitor and Optimize Treasury Management for the Group, including Cash, Bank Loans & Financing, Capital Structure & Gearing Ratio of JVs in China
• Monitor JVs’ CapEx, Dividend Policies and Dividend Pay-out to Head Office
• Develop and Monitor Group Cash Flow Planning and Projection, and Medium & Long-term Funding Requirements
• Responsible for Group Fund Management, Debt Facilities Management and Treasury Matters
• Monitor and Optimize Group Financing Structure and Lower Group Funding Costs 
• Support Group Liquidity and Risk Management: Assess and Manage Financial Risks, including liquidity, interest rate, foreign exchange, credit, and market risks
• Responsible for continuous process improvements and efficiencies in cash and treasury management
• Negotiate and manage debt agreements, including loans and credit facilities
• Participate in internal and external auditing processes and ensure adherence to applicable laws, accounting standards and financial compliance
• Handle ad hoc assignments with respect to various treasury and departmental operation matters    
• Supervise and mentor treasury staff

The Person:

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Proven experience in treasury management gained from HK, and also Chinese Mainland, with at least 8 years in a senior treasury role; short-term job attachment on the Chinese Mainland preferred
• Strong financial analysis skills and the ability to interpret complex financial data
• Good knowledge of financial instruments, cash management techniques, financing & debt instruments, and investment strategies
• Proficiency in treasury management systems and financial software
• Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy in financial reporting
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance and financial risk management
• Strategic thinking and the ability to develop and execute treasury strategies in line with Group objectives
• Integrity and discretion in handling sensitive financial information and treasury operations
