Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Assisting customers with their needs, selling tickets, and managing crowd control
- Collaborating with the management team to resolve customer issues on a daily basis
- Maintaining positive relationships with the public and colleagues
- Assisting on-site teams in identifying any potential hazards or abnormal operating conditions
- Ensuring guests have a fun and enjoyable experience
- We encourage you to be outgoing, ask lots of questions to everyone you meet about what they do and to learn as much as you can.
Requirements:
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Good communication skills in both English and Cantonese
- Work experience in customer facing-roles is preferred
- Able to adapt to outdoor work
- Able to work 5 days a week as per assigned shifts (including weekends and statutory holidays)
- Working hours: 9 hours with 1 hour mealtime
- Internship Period: June to August 2024
