 職責：

經培訓後處理牙科中心前臺及電話中心的顧客服務工作，包括處理治療後跟進事宜、文書記錄等，致力為顧客提供具個人化和熱情好客的良好體驗。

 工作要求：

擁有至少2年電話行銷工作經驗者優先， 懂英文溝通和閱讀能力，對工作有熱誠，性格主動！

Job Description

- Working Days: 5-day work, Bank Holidays!

Responsibilities:
Upon receiving the required on-the-job training, handle the customer service work at the front desk and call center of our dental centers, including handling follow-up enquiries, paperwork, etc., and strive to provide customers with a personalized and hospitable experience.

Requirements:
Possess at least 2-year working experiences in telemarketing will be an advantage, good speaking and reading in English, and most importantly, with the can-do attitude and positive personality!
