Responsibility:

• Support in planning and execution of fundraising and corporate activities
• Liaise with both internal and external parties in implementing and promoting all fundraising programmes
• Manage and handle database of donors and sponsors
• Provide administrative and logistics support of events and daily operations

Requirements:

• Degree holder of Public Relations, Marketing, Communications, Event Management or related discipline
• A minimum of two years’ relevant working experience in fundraising, marketing, PR or event management, preferably in sizable non-profit organizations
• Good interpersonal and presentation skill, proactive, pleasant, responsible, well-organized and mindful to details
• Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Sound knowledge in social media and graphic design would be an advantage
• Excellent command of both written and spoken Chinese & English, including Putonghua
• Willing to work holiday for events when necessary
• Candidates with less / more experience will be considered as Assistant External Affairs Officer / Senior External Affairs Officer
