During the initial stage of development, our goal is to launch reinsurance business operations in Greater China focusing on reinsurance products with relatively low personal risk factors such as health insurance and accident insurance, while seeking product innovation opportunities in health insurance, new energy vehicle (NEV) insurance and liability insurance, etc. businesses. In the future, we will branch out into other product lines and enter other international markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for budget management and expense management;
• Complete the expense management and bookkeeping, and conduct special cost analysis on the implementation of related expenses;
• Prepare quarterly and annual budgets, and complete the analysis of the difference between the forecast and the actual situation;
• Complete the construction of relevant  for budget management and expense management;
• Responsible for quarterly close functions of the team and prepare various financial reports;
• Support the preparation of RBC reports;
• Participate in the construction and upgrading of related financial information system;
• Work closely and collaborate with others within Finance, and Operations;
• Deal with Internal or External Auditors with providing relevant materials;
• Other ad hoc tasks.

Experience and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or above, preferably in Accounting or Finance;
• CPA /ACCA qualification equivalent is perferred;
• 5+ years of insurance accounting experience, preferably within the insurance industry, sound knowledge in reinsurance financial reporting will be advantageous;
• Familiar with IFRS 17 is perferred;
• Solid understanding of Accounting Standards and  RBC/Solvency Regulations;
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and effective problem solver;
• Good team player, Good interpersonal skills; Strong attention to detail;
• Fluency in English and Mandarin.
