Job Description

Our client “OrbusNeich Medical Company Limited” is seeking a Manager, HR (Talent Management) to join their company! 

 

 

What you’ll be doing? 

 

  • Develop and implement talent management strategies and programs to attract, develop, and retain high-potential employees.
  • Collaborate with HR business partners and hiring managers to identify key talent needs and create talent acquisition plans.
  • Design and implement comprehensive performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and career development plans.
  • Lead succession planning efforts, identifying high-potential employees and developing talent pools for key positions.
  • Design and deliver leadership development programs, including training, coaching, and mentoring initiatives.
  • Partner with the HR team to ensure effective onboarding and integration of new hires into the organization.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives, including employee surveys, feedback mechanisms, and recognition programs.
  • Monitor and analyze talent metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and trends in talent management, and introduce innovative approaches to enhance talent strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support organizational development initiatives and change management efforts.

 

 

Who are they looking for? 

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience and proven track record in talent management, succession planning, and leadership development.
  • Strong knowledge of performance management processes and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and deliver training programs and initiatives.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret talent data and make strategic recommendations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and talent management systems.
  • Professional certifications in talent management or related fields are desirable.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin
