Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operation of our retail shops, including arranging courier services, shop supply ordering, equipment purchasing, utilities contract renewal, etc.  
• Arrange regular maintenance schedule with vendors.
• Coordinate with Finance department to handle payment settlement.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain department to ensure proper and efficient logistics arrangements. 
• Assist manager in store opening / closure / renovation projects development.
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisor. 

Job Requirements:

• Higher Diploma with major in business management or related disciplines.
• At least 2 years working experience and preferred in retail or F&B industry.
• Detail-minded, able to multi-task, good organization skill and have resilient mindset.
• Good command in Mandarin and English (verbal and written).
• Familiar with Microsoft Office.
• Immediate available is preferred.
