Responsibilities:

• Handle accounts payables & receivables
• Prepare payment vouchers & receipts
• Assist to prepare weekly/monthly accounting or analysis reports
• Assist to maintain accounts of China office
• Perform general duties such as filing & data entry
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma in Accounting or above
• LCC&I level III or equivalent
• 2-3 years of accounting experience preferably gained in trading companies or buying office
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel or PowerPoint
• Familiar with QuickBooks Accounting System an advantage
• Able to work independently & under pressure to meet reporting deadline
• Good command of English & Chinese, spoken Putonghua
• Fresh graduates will also be considered
