Job Responsibilities:

• Administer personnel documentations in the Human Resources Management System
• Assist with the preparation and submission of all reports as required
• Assist in monthly payroll preparation and ensure accurate report on all allowance/deduction, transaction, staff movement, termination and report generation.
• Develop and organize colleague relations events
• Participate in ad hoc HR projects as assigned

Job Qualifications:

• Holder of a Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management or HR Management preferred
• Preferably with 2 years’ experience in a hotel establishment with service standard pitched at deluxe hotel level
• Good computer literacy in MS office and Human Resources System
• Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and related legislations
