Our client is a fashion brand. They are looking for a HR Officer (focus on C&B) to join the team. 

Responsibilities

• Responsible for C&B duties including payroll & MPF administration, attendance and leave management, taxation, benefits & insurances administration etc
• Conduct market analysis and understand market trends for pay and compensation structure
• Studies labour market and compensation/benefits related trends
• Responsible for Human Resources related cost analysis and data Analysis
• Participate in regular and ad hoc HR programs such as annual review, taxation reporting, employee relations, MPF related issues, etc.
• To ensure day-to-day HR operations run smoothly and lead various ad-hoc HR related projects

Requirements: 

• Degree holder in Human Resources Management or relevant disciplines 
• At least 3 years relevant experience in retail and preferable in luxury industry 
• Well versed in Employment Ordinance and other relevant regulations in Hong Kong 
• Detail-minded, responsible and able to meet tight schedules and deadline
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command in English, Mandarin and Cantonese, both written and spoken
• Candidate with more experiences will be considered as Senior HR Officer
