Responsibilities

• Assist in design, develop and deliver training programs to frontline staff, such as supervisor skill, communication skill, customer services etc.;
• Assist in maintain and update all training materials in line with the latest operations development and employee training records;
• Coordinate the pre and post-training logistics with internal or external parties to enable smooth delivery of training course;
• Analyze, monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the training programs;
• Prepare and monitor the training budgets and resources allocation.

Requirements

• Degree holder in Training /Learning Development or related discipline;
• 4-5 years' relevant experience;
• Excellent data analysis, communication and organization skills;
• Multi-tasking, customer-oriented, with strong interpersonal communication skills;
• Proficient in MS applications and analysis tools;
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese, Putonghua is an advantage;
• Proficient in MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint & Chinese Word Processing.
