Part-time Accountant

Responsibilities

• Manage contracts with government or other external entities
• Organize and consolidate financial information for external projects, ensuring accurate and timely reporting
• Input financial data into the accounting system with precision and attention to detail
• Prepare various management reports for financial data analysis
• Collaborate with external auditors to support the audit process for the college and various projects
• Assist in system enhancement projects
• Participate in various ad hoc projects that may arise

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
• A minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in the accounting and/or auditing field
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
