Job Responsibilities

Set up and manage the CCP Derivative Clearing business for third party in Global Markets Department
Supervise the customer servicing team with an aim to provide good derivative clearing services
Work with the customer departments for customer acquisitions
Develop and implement control frameworks, policies and procedures to identify, monitor and mitigate risks associated with the business
Ensure the related services are properly controlled and comply with internal and regulatory requirements
Provide guidance and supervision to team members with an aim to promote teamwork and collaboration with different stakeholders

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Banking, Accounting, or a related field
At least 10 years of experience focus on CCP derivative clearing functions, 5 years at supervisory level is preferred
Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a team
Strong knowledge of related banking regulations and risk management
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Fluent in spoken and written English & Chinese (including Putonghua)
