Responsibilities:

• Handle the leasing matters for prestigious retail properties in PRC
• Liaison with international brands, local estate agents
• Formulate leasing strategy
• Conduct marketing research
• Basically stationed in HK but travel to various PRC cities is necessary

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Business, Marketing, Real Estates or related disciplines
• At least 3 years’ solid experience in handling property leasing, legal documents as well as dealing with reputable brands and property management people independently
• Experience in retail / property management projects in PRC an advantage
• Experience in marketing / business development will also be considered
• Good negotiation and interpersonal skills 
• Fluent Putonghua and English
