Assistant Student Development Manager (23240071)

The appointee will be responsible for managing marketing collaterals and implementing leadership development programmes for students. 

Responsibilities:

• Prepare publication, create graphic design and manage social media account; 
• Consolidate activity data and compile reports and proposals; 
• Design, coordinate and lead experiential learning activities to sharpen students’ leadership skills; 
• Explore collaboration opportunities with external collaborators, and
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.

Requirement:

• A degree holder of above, preferably in English, Marketing, Communication, Social Work or related disciplines;
• A minimum 4 years of relevant working experience in marketing, communication or youth development;
• Passion in working with young people and good project management skill;
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese including Cantonese and Putonghua;
• Knowledge in graphic design, video-editing, and/or social media management would be an advantage; and
• Occasional travel to the Mainland and/or overseas countries.

Shortlisted candidate will be invited to sit for a written test. 

The initial appointment will be offered on a fixed-term contract of two years. Re-appointment thereafter will be subject to mutual agreement and availability of funding.

Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
