The IT Manager will be responsible for leading a small team to provide support services for the daily IT operations and requests for the Hong Kong region. The role will require to work closely with other IT teams / stakeholders and business units to ensure that all network infrastructure and services are operating efficiently and in accordance with company policies and standards.

 Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the network engineers to deliver high-quality support for the Hong Kong region's business units, including support for ongoing projects.
• Oversee daily IT operations with a focus on network infrastructure, monitoring performance, and responding to incidents and requests, while supporting project-related tasks.
• Establish and maintain network support processes, policies, and procedures in line with best practices and company standards and adapt them for project requirements.
• Collaborate with IT teams, stakeholders, and project teams to drive continuous service improvement, enhance network service delivery, and support project success.
• Ensure network infrastructure and services meet security, privacy, and regulatory requirements, including project-specific compliance needs.
• Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and provide technical guidance to the team, while maintaining up-to-date network documentation and supporting project-related activities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 8+ years of network management experience
• Strong knowledge of ITIL and network infrastructure support best practices.
• Proven experience in managing network projects and vendor relationships, with hands on on various network equipment, including switches, routers, firewalls, and VPNs while ensuring compliance with security, privacy, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving skills, leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with can-do attitude, ability to work positively under pressure
• With CCNA / CCNP / CCIE or related certificate preferred
• With ISO27000LA, or CISA certificate, experience in IT Infosec audit will be a plus
