Responsibilities:

• To handle the marketing and leasing matters of high class RETAIL premises
• To liaise with real estate agents
• To analyse market trends and prepare leasing reports
   

Requirements:

• University graduates in related discipline
• At least 5 years' solid experience in retail leasing
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Leasing Officer
