Responsibilities:

• Support to US Market and other Export Market
• Assist strategic marketing direction and plan for existing core products and new products on both retail and foodservice in US ethnic business
• Manage the process of new product development i.e. identify unique selling points to achieve strategic marketing objectives, support execution of product launch plan
• Develop recipe for culinary and conduct application testing with in-house chef for retail and food service products
• Prepare POS with adaptation of marketing messages on all POS e.g. training materials, premiums, sales kits and other marketing materials
• Monitor and track APT expenses in accordance with the yearly budget plan i.e. manage APT claims and provide analysis
• Evaluate opportunities with a social media marketing campaign, creating an execution plan to support the US ethnic channel
• Assist in marketing programs and communications materials preparation
• Handle and manage the Product artwork approval with internal and external parties
• Provide clerical support e.g. order processing, SAP code application
• Perform any other ad hoc duties/assignments as assigned by superiors

Requirements:

• University degree in Marketing or related discipline
• Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in FMCG / retail industry/ advertising
• Passion about Food & Cooking
• Good interpersonal skills, proactive, detail-minded and good team player
• Flexible and able to work under pressure with multi-tasking capability
• Proficiency in both Chinese and English as well as computer applications
• Business trip (e.g. US) is required when necessary
• Immediate available is highly preferred
