Job description

Provides financial information to management by researching and analyzing accounting data; preparing reports
Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information
Documents financial transactions by entering account information. Recommends financial actions by analyzing accounting options
Summarizes current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports. Substantiates financial transactions by auditing documents
Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures
To coordinate and liaise with external auditors for year-end audit and other financial reporting compliance

Job requirements

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related disciplines
Extensive experience in creating documents and spreadsheets, using office software such as MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, familiar with MYOB
Working experience under F&B company would be considered an advantage
Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese
Immediate availability is an advantage
