Responsibilities:

• Ensure project execution and procurement activities are comply with Company's Procurement Policy and adhere to best industry practices to meet quality standards.
• Manage activities related to packaging, window props changes, and visual merchandising materials according to global timeline. Coordinate with partners for installation.
• Handle Visual Merchandising production and planning
• Monitor vendor-matrix orders and shipments according to schedules to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
• Responsible for end-to-end payment procedures with all regions and manage both internal and external purchase contracts.
• Maintain accurate records of purchase orders and invoices in the system.
• Assist and undertake other ad-hoc projects as assigned by management.
   

Requirements:

• Tertiary education in Procurement, Visual Merchandising, Supply Chain, Logistics or related disciplines
• Minimum 2 year’s relevant experience in Visual Merchandising or Procurement in retail industry is preferred
• Experience of tendering and bidding & procurement activities
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Mandarin
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, pivot table, v-lookup) and Chinese Word Processing
• Good organizational, interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
• A good team player, communicate effectively with internal and external parties
• Independent, attention in details and proactive
• Strong problem-solving skills. Able to manage multiple tasks environment
