How you will make an impact: 

This job involves analyzing financial performance, market trends, and customer data to enhance business performance. It includes project feasibility assessment, project management support, workflow review, and digital initiatives implementation. Additionally, it requires preparing business proposals and presentations for senior management.

• Conduct business performance & financial analysis of the retail, office, industrial, residential and parking portfolios
• Research and keep abreast of market update and the business trends of the portfolios and develop relevant database
• Conduct customer data analysis and build up CRM system to understand customers’ needs
• Draw insights and recommendations to enhance business performance
• Conduct new project feasibility, project management and assist business development & project disposal.
• Review workflow and implement digital initiatives to improve operational efficiency
• Prepare business proposal and presentation materials to senior management

What we are looking for:  

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Statistics or Real Estate related disciplines
• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in business analysis / research preferably in real estate industry
• Strong business acumen with good critical analysis skill across a range of different disciplines, computer literacy, data management and numeracy skills
• Strong analytical and communication skills and able to work with people in different levels
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Proficiency in PC software e.g. Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, VBA, Access, Tableau
• Candidates with more experience will be considered for Senior Business Analyst
