Job Responsibilities:

• Report to Regional GM, s/he is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations of Fast-Food Chain-Stores include but not limit to Leadership Management, Operations Management and Managing P&L;
• Analyzing profit and loss statements to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to maximize profitability;
• Developing and implementing short/mid/long terms operational strategies; marketing plans; policies, and procedures to optimize efficiency and productivity;
• Ensuring total customer satisfaction with the quality and standards of the company service and products;
• Managing cross-functional teams as a leader to ensure seamless coordination and collaboration across departments;
• Taking initiatives to drive innovation and introduce new products;
• Fostering a culture of excellence, teamwork, and continual progress throughout the company.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or above;
• Minimum 3 years solid experience in Catering Industry with at least 3 years in operations managerial and leader position;
• Strong sense of business acumen and foresight in seeking out business opportunities;
• Creative, energetic, and problem-solving capabilities;
• Proven good leadership skills, effective presentation, and interpersonal skills;
• Solid knowledge in food production and operations workflow, cost control, and managing P/L;
• Good knowledge in computer, proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
