Responsibilities: 

• Lead and manage a team of Field Sale team, ensuring their development and performance align with company goals.
• Drive sales growth by expanding the customer base and increasing sales volume to achieve profitable growth.
• Monitor credit sales control to ensure compliance with company policies.
• Prepare annual sales budgets and monthly sales and product demand forecasts.
• Generate sales reports and conduct analysis to identify trends and reasons for performance gaps, and initiate action plans to address issues.
• Foster effective internal communication with various departments for product development, market intelligence exchange, credit control, and customer complaint handling.
• Build and maintain external relationships with foodservice sectors for delivery service arrangements, joint promotion planning, and customer complaint handling.
• Coach and manage the sales team, providing guidance and support to boost performance and ensure compliance with company guidelines.
• Take up others ad hoc projects/events/assignments as assigned by superior

Requirements:

• Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Food Science or Hospitality
• At least 5 years’ relevant experience in Key Account servicing in Catering / FMCG industries
• Customer-oriented, well-organized and ability to work under pressure
• Team-player, proactive, with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Analytical, flexible and result oriented with strong commitment to achieve
• Proficient in MS office applications e.g. Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Sales Manager
