Responsibilities

• Handle full spectrum of daily leasing matters and management for a portfolio of bank properties
• Weekly / Monthly reporting on active transactions as well as the project pipeline reviews
• Manage daily operations including but not limited to tenancy matters, office or branch renovation, seeking new branch sites or letting of bank-owned premises
• Liaise and establish good relationships with property developers, landlords, tenants and agencies
• Monitor variances in different leasing control parameters
• Prepare management reports / internal guidelines according to Management instruction
• Assist any ad-hoc projects and assignments

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Real Estate or related disciplines
• 5-8 years related experiences
• Excellent time management, mature and independent with good negotiation, detail-oriented and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in MS office applications
• Good command of written and spoken both English and Mandarin
