Our client is a Hong Kong listed IT company with business coverage across the globe.

Responsibilities:

• Provide end-users technical support and conduct troubleshooting on hardware, software, and other computer services
• Perform server monitoring & network equipment installation and configuration
• Work as a team member in executing IT or communication projects or tasks for the company
• Assist in ad hoc IT duties

Requirements:

• Diploma holder, preferably in Computer Science or Information Technology, or equivalent
• 2+ years of IT support experience
• Experience in PC problem solving and end user support
• Good command of English and Chinese
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented and collaborative team player 
• Experience in daily IT operation supports on server and networks is preferred
