Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the GCTS (GSO Conformity Tracking Symbol) technical documentation review and certificate issuance
• Assess, review and issue certificate and report for Toys products accessing The Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) member states
• Conduct Toys product safety and conformity assessment according to the related technical requirements and GSO Toys Technical Regulation (GTTR) or GCC standards
• Support to develop and maintain HKCAS accreditation for ISO17065 and notified body for GCTS for toy products

Job Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Product Testing, Manufacturing, or other related disciplines
• At least 5 years of work experience, preferably with experience in certification or toys testing
• Familiar with ISO 17065 standard
• Knowledge of GCC technical regulation such as BD09100501 for general products requirements and BD-131704-01 for children toys products
• Knowledge of Arabic Warning / Labeling review
• Familiar with GCTS certification process or procedures for Toys products
• Good command of English
• Occasional travel may be required
