Job Description
Our client, an Investment Bank, is looking for high-caliber person to fill the position.
Responsibilities:-
- Greet guests at reception.
- Answer customer queries through email / call in a professional manner.
- Arrange for F&B for guests with office assistants as necessary.
- Manage helpdesk requests through helpdesk hotline and emails, provide confirmation to requesters upon receipt. Log, assign and track requests till close daily. Liaise with responsible staffs for on time completion of requests.
- Fulfillment of helpdesk service requests and other office duties as assigned.
- Be the main point of contact for the requester on event set up requirement and execution from start to finish.
- Liaise between all parties to ensure expectation is set and met and coordinate through the event promptly.
- Perform sourcing activities to support office operations, including regular and new / special procurement etc as assigned.
- Track and arrange for office consumable restocking.
- Perform due diligence on vendor(s) as required per company policies.
- Track and manage PO and payment activities.
- Compilation of service contract(s) / SOW.
- Access cards control
- Update and housekeeping of space management platform to ensure true to actual data would be reflected.
- Draft / review and update work instructions periodically.
- Office Housekeeping.
- Perform facilities inspection to identify improvement areas and arrange for fixes promptly.
Requirements:-
- Minimum of 2 Years of experience in facilities management, property management, office administration or customer services.
- Proficiency in Outlook, Power point, Excel and Word.
- High proficiency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin, good written and verbal communication skills.
- Good time management skills.
- Fast learner and team player.
