Your role

• Conduct regular retail stores inspections to ensure facilitates are properly maintained and promptly report any faults or issues
• Monitor and oversee the repair, routine maintenance, and project activities of all retail shops, including takeover, handover, and premises refit
• Liaise and coordinate with external consultants, contractors, statutory parties as well as internal service providers and users to arrange shop activities
• Maintain updated departmental reports on the condition of shops' facilities for management review
• Assist in logistics arrangement and maintain records of shops' fixtures and equipment
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

To succeed in this role

• Certificate or above in property management or related discipline
• At least 1 year related experience in retail leasing and project management, preferably gained from retail industry
• Good interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Strong business acumen, customer orientated and analytical mindset
• Creative, well organized and a good team player
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Frequently working off-site is required
