Our client “YesStyle.com Limited” is seeking a Accounting Assistant / Credit Assistant 會計文員 to join their company!

What you’ll be doing?

• As a team member of the financial accounting team to support our sales and credit review function.
• Perform daily credit review on sales orders and orders approval
• Resolve customer inquiries for sales orders or online payment related issues via email
• Provide daily support on operations to the Credit Online Team
• Handle ad hoc tasks as assigned

Who are they looking for?

• Diploma in eCommerce, Business or related discipline 
• Minimum 1-2 years relevant working experience
• Experience in merchant payment processing field is an advantage
• Proficiency in MS Office application
• Fresh graduates will also be considered
• Proactive, well-organized and independent is preferred.
• Attention to details, self-motivated and strong analytical mindset
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
