Responsibilities:

- Fulfill the role of an Academic Rigor Program Coordinator, ensuring the implementation of rigorous academic programs for four children, including monitoring their educational progress and fostering a challenging learning environment;
- Act as a Teaching Assistant, providing hands-on support with homework, projects, and study plans, aligning with the high academic standards expected within rigorous educational frameworks;
- Strategically manage and uphold family governance relating to the children's academic schedules and extracurricular commitments, ensuring a cohesive approach to their holistic development;
- Collaborate effectively with household staff to integrate the principles of academic rigor into daily routines and home management;
- Take on additional responsibilities and engage in special projects aimed at enhancing the educational landscape and governance of the family.

Requirements:

- Demonstrable experience in implementing or coordinating academic rigor programs within a private tutoring, educational, or household setting;
- A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in educational roles with an emphasis on academic rigor and structured academic planning;
- Exceptional multitasking abilities, with a track record of fostering disciplined and academically challenging environments;
- The capacity to be adaptable, reliable, and maintain confidentiality while interacting smoothly with individuals from diverse backgrounds;
- Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills with a proactive approach to education and family governance;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
- Proficiency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin;
- Candidates who can start immediately are highly desirable.
