Job Responsibilities

• To review non-standard credit documentation and liaise with internal and external parties to ensure proper compliance with approved terms and conditions
• To negotiate with external parties on documentation terms for the best protection of the bank
• To suggest additional clauses for compliance with approved terms and conditions for better protection to the Bank
• To undertake other assignments as and when required by the Department

Job Requirements

• University graduate, preferably with major in Laws, with PCLL & post qualified experience
• Minimum 5 years of experience on handling non-standard documentation relating to commercial /corporate banking, syndication & structure finance, preferably with experience in Asia Pacific Region deals.
• Good analytical and communication skills
• Good knowledge in market practice related to documentations & knowledge in APLMA/LMA documentation standards
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
