Our client Jia Group Holdings Limited is seeking a Host to join their company! 

What you’ll be doing? 

• Monitoring the open dining sections of the restaurant for empty and cleaned tables
• Estimating wait times for guests
• Monitoring the guest waiting list, and ensuring that the needs of the guests are met while they are waiting
• Responsible for answering the telephone, and moving tables together to accommodate large parties
• Receive all guests and clients by name
• Assign tables according to customer preferences
• Follow the steps of the service.
• Assign the tables taking care not to saturate the single waiter station.
• Record all customers required information
• Report complaints and operational problems to the manager
• Check daily cleanliness and order of the restaurant's entrance
• Knows the food and beverage menu
• Takes reservations

Who are they looking for? 

• Possess experience working in fine-dining restaurants would be advantageous
• With customer-service oriented mindset and able to deliver fantastic service in a high profile venue
• Great presentation and conversational skills
• Passionate about people and able to develop and grow with your team
• A high level of energy and a good team player
• Fluent in English
