Responsibilities:
 

• Handle full set of closing
• Conduct financial and operational analysis and KPIs monitoring and improvement
• Assist in treasury management (Payment and Vendor Master) and implement corporate guidelines
• Involve in procedures and internal controls review and enhancement
• Preparation of draft of AFS
• Work with different stakeholders, providing insightful advice to support the business development.
• Assist to manage the overall daily operations of the department in accordance and compliance with the management’s’ directives, group accounting policies
• Lead into New Retail finance operations & control process related omnichannel projects, such as system implementation, process re-engineering, automation & digitalization
•  Able to independently lead work and provide guidance/instructions to other members.
• Able to identify problems in the course of carrying out one’s work and implement appropriate solutions with supervisor.

Requirements:
 

• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Finance, Accounting or related disciplines
• Qualified member of ACCA / HKICPA
• At least 5 years’ relevant experience in the field of Accounting.  Experience in retail industry is a MUST.
• Energetic, self-initiative, independent, able to work in multi-tasks and meet tight deadlines
• Proactive individual that can build effective relationships with business managers and staff
• Highly organized, motivated, detail oriented, a sense of urgency, and an ability to prioritize tasks
• Ability to complete tasks with a high degree of accuracy utilizing strong analytical and organizational skills
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing and in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Proficiency in MS Office application(Strong in Excel, PowerPoint)
• SAP experience strongly desired
• Experience in Tax is preferable
• Immediate available is highly preferred
