Your Role

• Maintain Library Assistant (SBLA) workforce in Hong Kong Island
• Arrange necessary manpower to fulfill Library requirement (roster and shift duty mode)
• Recruit and Train new Library Assistant according to Library requirements
• Assist in on-boarding process such as prepare employment contract, sign contract, reference check & etc.
• Regular visit Library for understand operation & needs
• Update Training Manual regularly
• Other Ad Hoc task

You Have

• Diploma or above
• At least 1 - 2 years' experience in Administration, Government Dept & etc
• With Library operation experience is preferred
• Good numerical skills and strong attention to details/deadlines
• Highly organized and capable to prioritize & cope with multi-tasks
