Selected candidates will be assigned to work in a government department to be responsible for manage and take lead of the design and implementation of the Smart Environment Monitoring and Audit (Smart EM&A) Platform, Centralised Environmental Database (CED), Artificial Intelligence for Generative Pre-trained Transformer Platform (AI), Government Cloud Infrastructure Services Application (GCIS)

Responsibilities:

• Manage and take lead of the Smart EM&A, CED, AI, GCIS and other IT projects of EAD
• Lead the IT team to provide support to the senior management in enhancing and expanding the Smart EM&A, CED, AI, GCIS and exploring other new IT initiatives
• Manage and supervise the formulation and implementation of the data governance plan
• Supervise the IT team in providing daily support to the operation of the IT systems
• Supervise and work with the system contractors to evaluate and identify solutions to meet end-user requirements
• Digitalization of the useful data in approved EIA reports
• IT System infrastructure design, implementation, maintenance and enhancement
• Provide training and instructions to department's officers on IT systems
• Complete other tasks assigned by the senior management which are necessary for the smooth implementation and operation of IT systems.
   

Requirement:

• Higher Diploma or Bachelor's degree holder in related discipline
• Proficient in System Analysis and Design
• Experience with Large Language Model training and optimization
