Job Description
Duties:
- 客戶服務熱線運作,包括解答查詢和處理投訴
- 更新系統中的客戶記錄,包括建立服務訂單
- 提出改善客戶體驗的建議
- 跟進及確保部門運作順利
- 建立有關客戶互動和投訴的報告
- 提供行政支援和協助
Requirement:
- 中五或以上任何學科
- 1 年客戶服務接線經驗,包括投訴處理
- 流利粵話,普通英語,普通話,懂中英書寫
- 具電腦知識MS Office、中文打字
- 良好的人際溝通與溝通技巧
- 以客戶為中心、以客為本、耐心、開朗、積極
- 具敏捷和成長的心態
- 能夠承受工作壓力
