Our client, a well-known Multinational Main Contractor, now seeking for a Senior Commercial Manager for their building projects in Hong Kong.

Senior Commercial Manager (Basic HKD 80K - 100K)

Requirements:

- Min. 10 years exp in construction QS, construction management field (focus in building/ fitting out)
- Degree or above in Quantity Surveyor/ Building; 
- Strong knowledge in pre/ post contract area, leading contractual negotiations to assist Project Manager/ Project Director
- Holding professional Chartered qualifications is highly preferred (MRICS, HKIS or any related qualitication) 
- Good command in English & Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
- Hong Kong ID Holder ONLY
