Responsibilities:

• Oversee maintenance of the plant equipment and facilities to meet the requirements for safety, efficiency and sustainability
• Carry out effective maintenance of plant and equipment including emergency repair work, preventive and predictive maintenance
• Assist Superior in logistics planning and supervise daily plant operation
• Supervise delivery arrangement and manage procedures for logistics, repair and maintenance to improve processes
• Keep track of inventory level and orders handling
• Communicate with different external and internal parties for operation
• Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned by Superior

 Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Engineering or relevant disciplines
• At least 3 years’ relevant working experience, preferably in construction materials industry and facilities management
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Good knowledge in MS office
• Self-motivated, responsible and able to work under pressure
